Daycare Program for Infants & Toddlers at Little Hugs Daycare (Under 36 Months) is designed to provide a safe, nurturing,
and loving environment where young children can grow and thrive. Our program focuses on supporting early development through age-appropriate
activities that encourage sensory exploration, language development, and social interaction. We follow gentle routines that respect each child’s individual needs,
including feeding, diapering, rest, and playtime.
With attentive caregivers and a warm, home-like setting, Little Hugs Daycare helps infants and toddlers feel secure, supported, and cared for every day.
Our experienced and compassionate caregivers provide gentle care that supports each child’s unique pace of growth,
helping infants and toddlers feel loved, respected, and understood as they explore the world around them. We prioritize strong emotional
connections through consistent routines, responsive caregiving, and meaningful interactions that build trust, confidence,
and a sense of security.
Our daily activities are thoughtfully planned to encourage sensory exploration,
fine and gross motor development, early language skills, and social interaction through age-appropriate play, music, storytelling, tummy time,
movement activities, and creative experiences that spark curiosity and joy. At Little Hugs Daycare,
we maintain small group sizes to ensure personalized care and close supervision, allowing caregivers to respond promptly to each child’s needs,
whether it’s feeding, diapering, nap time, or comfort and reassurance.
Starting daycare is a big step for children and families. To support a smooth and positive transition, we offer a gradual entry program that helps children feel comfortable, confident, and secure in their new environment. How the Gradual Entry Works
Before Your Child Starts : Families will complete all required enrollment forms provided by the manager, including the Getting to Know Your Child form. This information helps our educators understand your child’s routine, preferences, and individual needs.
Short Introductory Visits : Children begin with brief visits to the daycare. Visit times gradually increase, allowing children to become familiar with the space, daily routines, and teaching staff.
Parent Participation :Parents are welcome to stay with their child during early visits. As your child becomes more comfortable, parents are encouraged to gradually step back to support independence.
Transition to Full Days : Once the gradual entry period is complete, children move confidently into attending full days at the daycare.
Our Commitment : We believe a gradual transition creates a positive daycare experience for everyone involved. Our team works closely with families throughout this process and is happy to answer any questions. Please speak with your campus manager for more information.
